This beautiful storage facility was built for Nadasens Property Trust to act as a bulk storage facility for fertiliser. Cousins Steel International does a lot of work for Nadasens and considers them one of our most valued customers!

The particular steel structure had to sit on top of a 4.5m high concrete wall that was designed to hold the bulk cargo on the inside wall. It spans no less than 35 for the most efficient use of space in the warehouse.

The project quoted and designed in October 2012 and was completed in two phases:

Block A and B: About 10000m2  completed by the end of last year

Block C: 6000m2 completed this year
